About the GAPP Program

GAPP stands for Georgia Pediatric Program. It is a Medicaid program that provides services to medically fragile children under the age of 21 in need of skilled nursing care and personal care support in their homes.

This program was designed to assist parents with their child’s daily life needs. Services would include bathing, feeding assistance, grooming, dressing, administration
 of medication, etc. A licensed professional will provide the care.

RCH care is committed to assist you. If your child is under 21 and needs assistance with daily
living activities, they may qualify to receive in-home care at no out of pocket cost to the family.

We provide services for the following counties: Forsyth, Hall, Carroll,
 Fayette, Fulton, Henry, DeKalb, Cherokee, Gwinnett, and Cobb.





Through the Georgia Pediatric Program, Restorative Healthcare is able to offer in-home care for children and young adults under the age of 21 with no out of pocket expense to the family.

  • Transfer of clients
